Returns
Faulty equipment may be returned for a full refund with shipping expenses paid for by Nuspectrum LLC. , all other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective equipment may be returned at the shipping expense of the customer with a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within the warranty period.
To return defective equipment, request an RMA form from a sales Representative. All RMA forms must be completely filled out with Company Name, Purchasing Representative, Sales Representative, Purchase Order number, Purchase Date, Model Number and Serial Number of equipment. All returns must be in its original condition and completed within 10 days of RMA issuance.
Exchanges
Nuspectrum LLC. will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges which arise as a result of any faulty equipment. To return defective equipment for an exchange, contact your sales representative to request an RMA form. The replacement equipment will be processed and shipped out upon approval of the exchange by your sales representative.
